A 5,053-page chargesheet has been filed before a Pune court in connection with the murder of Pune realtor Ketan Agarwal, who allegedly died after being pushed off Lohagad Fort on June 18.

According to a Pune Rural Police official, the chargesheet was submitted before the Vadgaon Maval court on Saturday and contains several pieces of evidence, including messages, photographs, mobile phone data, call detail records, witness statements and technical analysis certificates.

Agarwal’s fiancee Siya Goyal, her alleged lover Chetan Choudhary and another accused, Ritesh Hange, were arrested following the incident.

The chargesheet states that Goyal had searched online about a similar incident at Lohagad Fort last year, in which a woman had died.

Police have also found several online searches related to the murder of Raja Raghuvanshi, the Indore-based businessman whose killing during his honeymoon in Meghalaya had made national headlines.

Raghuvanshi went missing on May 23 last year, while his body was recovered near a waterfall in Meghalaya’s East Khasi Hills district on June 2. His wife, Sonam Raghuvanshi, was subsequently arrested in connection with the case.

The police have included the details of these searches as part of the evidence collected during the investigation into Agarwal’s death.
