The All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2026 for admission to the five-year B.A. LL.B. (Hons) and LL.M programmes at National Law University, Delhi (NLU Delhi) will now be conducted on December 14, 2025, from 2 PM to 4 PM.
The revised date was notified on July 22 after the earlier schedule—December 7, 2025—clashed with the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2026.
Online applications for AILET 2026 will be available on NLU Delhi’s official website from August 7 to November 10, 2025. A detailed notification outlining the exam structure, eligibility criteria, and syllabus will be issued soon.
Additionally, NLU Delhi will conduct the All India Entrance Test (AIET) on May 3, 2026, for admissions to the Postgraduate Insolvency Programme, Joint Master’s/LL.M. in Intellectual Property (IP) Law and Management, and the Ph.D. programme. Applications for these programmes will open on January 7, 2026.
