FIR Registered Over Theft at Kerala High Court Judge’s Residence

Kerala Police have registered a first information report (FIR) in connection with a theft that occurred at the residence of Kerala High Court judge, Justice A Badharudeen, on June 23.

According to the complaint lodged by Justice Badharudeen’s private secretary, gold jewellery weighing around six sovereigns was stolen from the premises. The stolen items reportedly belonged to the secretary.

The incident took place between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. on June 23. Following the complaint, an FIR was registered under Section 305 (theft) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).

Investigation is currently underway.
