The Supreme Court Collegium on February 12, 2026 approved the elevation of seven additional judges of the Kerala High Court as permanent judges.

According to a statement issued by the Collegium, the judges cleared for permanent appointment are:

• Justice Abdul Hakhim Mullappally Abdul Aziz

• Justice Syam Kumar Vadakke Mudavakkat

• Justice Harisankar Vijayan Menon

• Justice Manu Sreedharan Nair

• Justice Easwaran Subramani

• Justice Manoj Pulamby Madhavan

• Justice Marakkaparambil Bhargavan Snehalatha

The first six judges were appointed as additional judges on March 22, 2024, while Justice Snehalatha assumed office as an additional judge on April 25, 2024.

Following these approvals, the Kerala High Court’s strength will stand at 35 permanent judges and 5 additional judges, leaving 7 posts vacant.
