Jaipur Lawyer files FIR against Woman Advocate for blackmailing and 14 Fake Rape Cases

A district Court Lawyer in Jaipur Rajasthan has filed an FIR against a woman lawyer stating therein that she has lodged 14 false Rape Cases against various people and extorted huge money.

Advocate Nitin Meena lodged the FIR at PS Sadar Jaipur wherein he made allegations that one day he met the lady advocate Bhawna Sharma in the court premises and that lady advocate started speaking to him and later on made friendship with him. She reached to his house and started extorting money on the pretext of fixing him in false cases. She also said that she has lodged 14 false Rape cases against different people. The lawyer stated that he has given lacs of rupees to the woman advocate but she is now demanding 5 lacs rupees, one car and gold ornaments.

It is also noteworthy that The Bar Association, Jaipur has issued an advisory to this effect she has lodged 16 cases and out of these cases she has compromised 12 cases.

The police have registered a case against her under Section 388, 504 IPC and Section 3(1)(rs) of the SC/ST Act. It is also stated in the FIR that the woman was an imposter since she is not a lawyer.
