Veteran Senior Advocate Kapil Sibal to Run for President in SCBA Elections

Renowned Senior Advocate Kapil Sibal is poised to enter the race for the presidency in the forthcoming elections of the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA).

Sibal is making a bid for the presidency after a hiatus of over two decades. His previous tenure as President of SCBA was during 1995-1996, 1997-1998, and 2001-2002.

The elections to select the Executive Committee of SCBA, which includes the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer, are scheduled for May 16. The deadline for filing nominations for these positions is May 9.

Senior Advocate Adish Aggarwala currently holds the position of President within the SCBA.
