The Central government has approved the appointment of Advocate Amit Lahoti as an additional judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court.

Union Minister of State for Law and Justice Arjun Ram Meghwal announced the appointment in a post on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Lahoti's elevation comes as part of the ongoing process of filling judicial vacancies in High Courts across the country.
